Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges:
To start a return or exchange, email us at info@newbie9.com with the subject "Return" or "Exchange." We’ll provide a prepaid return label within 2 business days in detailed instructions. Our policy lasts 14 days from your purchase date.

Eligible items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. No final sales items can be returned.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund, first check with your financial institution. If there’s still an issue, contact us at info@newbie9.com.

Gifts:
Gift returns will receive store credit. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift during purchase, the credit will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping:
We cover all shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Shipping times for exchanges may vary by location.
